A method for manufacturing sandwich panels is provided to bond a pair of outer panels made of steel to core material made of material with magnetism, thereby preventing the outer panels from peeling and reducing cost. A method for manufacturing sandwich panels interposes a core material(20) between a pair of outer panels(10). The outer panel is made of steel attracted by magnetism, and the core material is made of material with magnetism so that the outer panels and the core material are attracted to each other to be bonded. The outer panel has an inner surface bonded to the core material and an outer surface on which fire retardant coating layer. The core material is made of polyethylene based resin mixed with magnetic powders.
