<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone switching system that identifies the destination of an incoming call before responding to the call even when a single telephone is shared among multiple people. <P>SOLUTION: An incoming call destination identification system internally includes a plurality of virtual internet protocol (IP) telephones supplied for each of incoming call destinations.
