<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent electrical characteristics such as capacitance and equivalent series resistance, a small leakage current, and high withstand voltage characteristics, and a method for manufacturing the solid electrolytic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a solid electrolytic capacitor and a method for manufacturing the solid electrolytic capacitor.
