<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food baking device capable of cntributing to a weight reduction of a baking plate, and securing ease of maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: The food baking device includes: a framework having an opening formed upward and a heating unit provided internally; a pair of baking plates with their back sides heated by the heating unit and one or more food baking recessed parts formed in their front sides; and a supporting part provided on the framework in such a manner as to link and support turnably the pair of baking plates and almost overlappedly the food baking recessed parts. The baking plates are provided with a cooking board made of a lightweight, high thermal resistace metal forming the food baking recessed parts and a heating plate made of a metal high in heat storage located on the back side of the cooking board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
