METHOD OF OPERATION OF THERMAL POWER STATION

FIELD: heat power engineering; thermal power stations. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of operation of thermal power station, steam is generated in boiler by delivering fuel and air into boiler, and steam generated in boiler is directed to turbine whose shaft is connected with rotor of turbogenerator with provision of constant cooling of windings and core of turbogenerator by passing atmospheric air through its inner space. Design peculiarity is that air heated in turbogenerator is removed by blow fan and is directed into boiler furnace. ^ EFFECT: increased economy of thermal power station owing to use of heat of windings and core of turbogenerator in cycle of thermal power station. ^ 1 dwg
