<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-contact terminal with a novel structure, which, even if an insulation coating of a coated electric wire to be pressed into a slot part is made of a material having relatively high toughness, can achieve reliable conduction between a core wire of the coated electric wire and pressure-contact blades by satisfactorily removing the insulation coating. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of pressure-contact parts 20 and 20 comprises: a pair of guide blades 28 and 28 divergently extending from an end on the opening side of a slot part 14; and a pair of pointed portions 30 and 30 for positioning a coated electric wire 16 in a contact state, at connections between pressure-contact blades 12 and the guide blades 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
