Collection method for hydrolytic biomaterials by using nano-structural materials

PURPOSE: A stable method for collecting hydrolyzable materials using a nanostructure is provided to suppress fragmentation or inactivation due to hydrolase. CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting hydrolysable biomolecule-derived materials comprises a step of using a porous nanostructure. The material is bee venom. The diameter and hole size of the nanostructure is 10-300 um and 3-20 nm, respectively. The nanostructure comprises a carrier for chromatography of sephadex, sephacryl, agarose, and biogel filtration.
