PURPOSE: A hearing aid is provided to select a proper sized eartip according to an inner size of ears of a user by combining the eartip with a tip-end portion of a case to be detachable and attachable. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) has an insert end(11) inserted into in-ear and the open surface(12) exposing by outside. A microphone is formed on an open surface. A speaker is installed inside the housing. A through hole outputting sound outputted from the speaker is formed in an insertion end. An extension tube(13) is formed in an end portion of the insertion end of the housing. An eartip(30) of an elastic material is combined with the extension tube to be attachable and detachable. The eartip is composed of a connection tube body(31) inserted into the outside of the extension tube and an extension portion(32) extended to the outside at an circumferential surface of the connection tube body in a dome-shape.
