PURPOSE: A road sign board using the plane luminance of an EL(electro-luminescene) board is provided to reduce power consumption by enabling the luminance of an EL board only when a vehicle passes through. CONSTITUTION: A road sign board using the plane luminance of an EL board comprises a post(1), an EL board(2), and a solar cell(60). The post is installed in a roadside. The EL board is coupled to the post. The solar cell is electrically connected to the post or the EL board and comprises a support plate(10), an EL sheet(40), a light cutoff sheet(50), a high-intensity reflection sheet(20), a ultra high-intensity reflection sheet(30). The support plate is directly coupled to the post. The EL sheet is electrically connected to the solar cell. The light cutoff sheet completely covers the EL sheet. The high-intensity reflection sheet is attached on the light cutoff sheet, and pattern parts are cut and removed. The ultra high-intensity reflection sheet is attached on the pattern parts of the EL sheet. |
