LED FLOODLIGHT

PURPOSE: An LED floodlight is provided to effectively emit heat generated from an LED by repetitively gasifying and liquefying a refrigerant having a low boiling point inside a vapor chamber. CONSTITUTION: An LED floodlight comprises an upper SMPS cover(1), a lower SMPS cover, an inner case, two or more radiating bridges, a radiating plate(7), a lower heat sink, a protrusion(49), a retreated groove, a lens unit, an O-ring, and a reflector(29). The lower SMPS cover closes the opened bottom of the upper SMPS cover. The inner case receives heat from the lower heat sink. The radiating bridges are fixed to the lower SMPS cover and the lower heat sink. The radiating plate cools heat transferred from the radiating bridges. The protrusion is protruded from the bottom of the lower heat sink in a ring shape. The retreated groove is formed along the protrusion. The lens unit is fixed to the protrusion. The O-ring is inserted into the retreated groove. The reflector diffuses light emitted from the lens unit.
