<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy fin material for a heat exchanger which has excellent corrosion resistance and die wear resistance and is excellent in strength after brazing, and a heat changer using the fin material. <P>SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy fin material for the heat exchanger comprises an aluminum alloy which contains, by mass, 1.5 to 2.0% Mn, 0.7 to 1.3% Si, 0.15 to 0.5% Fe, and 0.05 to 5.0% Zn, while satisfying 1.25≤Mn/Si≤2.25, 3.0≤Mn/Fe≤10.0, and 1.45≤(Mn+Fe)/Si≤2.80, and the balance being Al and inevitable impurities, and which includes an intermetallic compound having a circle equivalent diameter of 0.01 to 1 μm in an Al matrix, in which the number density (D1) of an Al-(Mn,Fe)-Si based compound is equal to or higher than 1×10<SP POS="POST">3</SP>pieces/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, and a compound ratio D1/D2 with the number density (D2) of an Al-(Mn,Fe)-based compound is 20 to 250. The aluminum alloy fin material has an electric conductivity before brazing being equal to or higher than 46% IACS, and plate thickness being equal to or smaller than 0.06 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
