<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the amount of rotation (a rotating position and a rotating direction) from a reference position of a reel with simple configuration in a game machine. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine is adapted to make a variable display of multiple kinds of symbols required for a game in response to a player's start operation and to stop the variable display of symbols by a stop operation. The game machine includes a second sub-reel 8 having symbols, a second sub-stepping motor 505 for rotationally driving the reel, and a base plate body 100. The base plate body is provided with a plurality of detection pieces moving on a predetermined circumference in association with the rotation of the base plate body (the rotation of the reel), and these detection pieces are detected by a detector to recognize the rotating position and rotating direction of the reel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
