<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biofilm removing agent which can efficiently remove a biofilm. <P>SOLUTION: The biofilm removing agent contains at least one compound represented by formula (1): R-CONH-(CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>)n-COOM (wherein R is a 10-22C hydrocarbon group which may be replaced with a hydroxy group; n is an integer of 1 to 6; and M is hydrogen or a salt forming cation), and removes a biofilm in which the composition ratio of protein formed on a solid surface is 30 mass% or more in terms of BSA (bovine serum albumin). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
