PURPOSE: A common voltage driving apparatus and liquid crystal display device using the same is provided to implement power consumption using a CMOS transistor. CONSTITUTION: First through fifth switches(210-250) are connected between a supply terminal(400) of a high voltage signal and a supply terminal(500) of a low voltage signal. A selecting unit(270) is formed between the third and fourth switches. The selecting unit transmits or blocks a clock to the fourth switch. A feedback unit(280) is connected to between an output terminal of the selecting unit and output terminal of the fourth switch. A source of PMOS of a sixth switch(260) is connected to a supplying terminal(700) of a high voltage common voltage. |
