PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for improving a skin barrier function for anti-aging is provided to promote skin regeneration and to continuously maintain a skin moisturization effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition containing natural ingredients with a continuous moisturizing effect contains 0.1-5 wt% of soybean extract, 0.05-0.2 weight parts of aroma essential oil, 1-30 wt% of hyaluronic acid, 1.5-3.5 wt% of vitamins, 0.1-5 wt% of sodium citrate, 0.1-5 wt% of citric acid, 0.1-5 wt% of lactic acid, 0.5-2 wt% of arginine, and the remaining amount of purified water. The vitamins include 0.3-0.7 wt% of vitamin C, 0.3-0.7 wt% of vitamin B3, 0.3-0.7 wt% of vitamin B5, 0.3-0.7 wt% of vitamin B6, or 0.3-0.7 wt% of vitamin E. The composition further contains 2-8 wt% of jojoba oil, 3-8 wt% of lecithin, and 0.01-10 wt% of xanthan gum.
