PURPOSE: A heating device and a melted material production apparatus having the same is provided to prevent the generation of precipitate in melted material moving through a nozzle by facing the hole of a nozzle and heating the nozzle directly. CONSTITUTION: A heating device(600) comprises a body unit(610), a heating unit(620), and a supporting unit(630). The body unit is separated from a nozzle(400) and faced with the nozzle. The heating unit faces with the nozzle. The supporting unit is extended to the nozzle from the body unit and supports the body unit.
