The device (D) has a part (P2) solidarized with a body (V) i.e. flywheel. Another part (P1) comprises an end zone (ZE) solidarized to another body (EC) i.e. control assembly, and an internal housing (L2). Ends of rods (TR) are solidarized with a separable anchoring unit (MA) to anchor another housing (L1) on bottom (FD). Other ends are solidarized with an internal face of the latter part, so that traction exerted on the latter body causes deformation of the end zone and the latter part to stop co-operation between male and female clipping units (MC1, MC2) e.g. rib and groove, respectively.
