PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing martensite stainless steel is provided to minimize work for grinding steel sheets by preventing the generation of linear scratches in a rolling process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing martensite stainless steel is as follows. The charging temperature of the stainless steel transferred to a heating furnace(120) is controlled within the range; 290~330°C. A soaking zone of the heating furnace is controlled within the range; 1160~1190°C. The quantity of non-water elements in coolants is controlled within the range; 0.95~1.05L/Kg-steel in a continuous casting process. |
