PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a method thereof are provided to improve efficiency and lifetime of the device by effectively discharging a heat generated in the device through a second electrode with a double-layer structure. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A hole-transport layer(120) is formed on the first electrode. A organic light-emitting layer(130) is formed on the hole-transport layer. An electron-transport layer(140) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. A second electrode(150) is formed on the electron-transport layer.
