PURPOSE: A motor driving type 4 wheel driving device comprising differential lock function is provided to supply even force to two rear wheels even though one rear wheel is in wheel slip. CONSTITUTION: A motor driving type 4 wheel driving device comprising differential lock function comprises a first motor(12), reduction gears(15, 17), a dip carrier(20), a multichip clutch set(18) for power control, a hydraulic piston(25) for power control, a multichip clutch set(19) for differential lock. The dip carrier proceeds differential lock function. The multichip clutch set for power control connects or cuts off the differential gear and the dip carrier. The hydraulic piston for power control operates the multichip clutch set. The multichip clutch set is installed in the shaft of the dip carrier.
