<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply realize a display device of an arbitrary size by cutting at an arbitrary address row. <P>SOLUTION: A display device includes a second driving circuit 7 for driving at least second wiring 5 and pixels PX(1,1), PX(1,2), ..., PX(n,m) on the same substrate 1, and the second driving circuit 7 comprises plural unit circuits 70 having a detection line 73, a determination circuit 72 and an output circuit 74.
