PURPOSE: A recommend keyword providing method according to target inflow number and apparatus thereof are provided to offer optimal recommend keywords to a user terminal by using advertisement exposure information including a CPC(Cost Per Click) and the number of clicks according to each keyword. CONSTITUTION: A searching data collecting unit(210) receives searching result data from a searching engine. A data storage unit(220) stores advertisement exposure information based on the searching result data. A data reception unit(230) inputs target inflow numbers from a user terminal. A keyword selecting unit(240) selects recommend keywords within a keyword group of inputted business types.
