PURPOSE: A multi-level inverter is provided to generates PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) control signals by using one triangle wave. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit comprises one DC power supply(205) and first and second capacitors(210,215) parallely connected to the DC power supply. The first and the second capacitor are serially connected each other in order to distribute a voltage of the DC power supply. A switch unit receives the DC power supply from the power supply unit. The switch unit comprises first and second diode(225,235) and first to sixth switches(220,230,240,245,250,255). The third to sixth switches are the switch forming an H-bridge inverter. Each one end part of the first second diodes are commonly connected to a connection nod being connected to each one end part of the first and second capacitors. The second switch performs switching operation.
