PURPOSE: A conductive paste composition is provided to reduce between an electrode and a semiconductor by comprising glass frit comprising magnesium oxide, and an organic metal compound, thereby capable of improving efficiency of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste composition comprises a conductive material comprising a silver particle, a glass frit comprising a magnesium oxide, binder, solvent, and an organo-metallic compound which is combined with an organic component. The organic component is an aromatic or aliphatic hydrocarbon compound comprising at least one selected from a carboxy group, a mercapto group, an amino group, an ester group, an ether group, a butyl group, and a sulfurous acid group. The organo-metallic compound comprises a silver compound. |
