<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing control apparatus, an image formation apparatus, an image processing control method, a computer program and a storage medium, which inhibit determination error caused by pixel values of a tint block image in color/monochrome determination. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing control apparatus comprises a determination part 409 determining whether to perform color image processing for a color image or monochrome image processing for a monochrome image on image data created from a read out manuscript.
