<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earphone having a body for alleviating back pressure of the diaphragm of a driver unit, for further enhancing acoustic property by employing an acoustic resistance material and balancing the reproduction frequency ranging from bass, middle, to treble with reduced dispersion of acoustic resistance value by the arrangement of the acoustic resistance material. <P>SOLUTION: An earphone includes: a drive unit 3 for emitting sound driven by a sound signal; a housing 1 for housing the drive unit 3; a body 2 coupled to the drive unit back face side of the housing 1 for forming a cavity 5; a communication passageway 4 for connecting a back face side space 12 of the drive unit 3 in the housing 1 with the cavity 5; and an acoustic resistance material 7 for covering the communication passageway 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
