摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel which does not cause increase in deformation of a substrate and is easily handled even when a flexible and enlarged resin substrate is used, does not cause a problem of damage of a phosphor layer and deterioration of image quality due to increase in deformation of the substrate, and is formed by using a flexible resin substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method of the scintillator panel. <P>SOLUTION: The scintillator panel includes a phosphor layer having a thickness of 100 &mu;m or a weight of 45 mg or more per 1 cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>on a flexible resin substrate, and the thickness of the flexible resin substrate is set to 75&times;äa<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/(10&times;b)}<SP POS="POST">1/3</SP>&mu;m to 1000 &mu;m, where the long side of the flexible resin substrate is a cm and the short side is b cm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
