<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine that can prevent occurrence of a turbo lag even if the internal combustion engine has a supercharger not having an electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: When an idle stop condition is decided as established, the value detected by a temperature sensor is decided whether it is lower than a determination value (step 110). When the value detected by the temperature sensor is decided lower than the determination value, the value detected by a pressure sensor is decided whether it is higher than the determination value or not (step 120). When the value detected by the temperature sensor is decided as the determination value or higher, a part of engine cylinders is stopped (step 130). When the value detected by the pressure sensor is decided higher than the determination value in step 120, a part of the engine cylinders is stopped (step 130).
