摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for efficiently producing deoxyglucose modified at 6-position. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing deoxyglucose modified at 6-position of formula (I) comprises: (i) a step of reacting polysaccharide curdlan with a halogenating agent or sulfonylating agent to replace the 6-position hydroxy group of curdlan with a halogen group or -SO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-R group (here R is a methyl group or the like); (ii) a step of azidizing the halogen group or -SO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-R group at 6-position of curdlan obtained in the step (i) as needed; and (iii) a step of obtaining the deoxyglucose modified at 6-position by reacting deoxycurdlan modified at 6-position obtained in the step (i) or (ii) with an acid hydrolyzing agent, where in formula (I), the X group represents an azide group, a halogen atom or -SO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-R group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
