发明名称 METHOD FOR EJECTION CONTROL OF INKJET HEAD, AND INKJET HEAD APPARATUS
摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively regulate variation of the ink discharge amount of each nozzle in an inkjet head using deformation by the electric field of the piezoelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: An inkjet head apparatus 1 energizes electrodes 14 provided at inner faces of a plurality of ink chambers 13 formed in the piezoelectric elements, displaces the piezoelectric element in the electric field, pressurizes the ink, and makes them exhale from the nozzle. Walls of the piezoelectric elements 11 and 12 of each ink chamber are driven by the same conditions using a drive circuit 3, respectively, and the time constant of each wall is measured. In order to be arranged to the longest time constant, a resistance 6 connected to the wall that is a time constant shorter than the longest is trimmed, and the resistance value is raised. The time constant of each wall of the piezoelectric element becomes constant, and the ink discharge condition of each nozzle becomes uniform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
