PURPOSE: A hybrid dye sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce high efficiency with respect to sunlight by forming a hybrid solar cell dye which is different from a dye sensitized solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode layer(12) is formed on a lower plate(11). A catalyst electrode layer(13) is formed on the bottom electrode layer. A porous layer(15) is formed on the catalyst electrode layer. A top electrode layer(16) is formed on the porous layer. An upper plate(17) locates on the top electrode layer.
