The connector (1) has an inlet orifice (35) connected to a coolant circuit pipe, and an outlet orifice (36) connected to an outlet orifice of the coolant circuit. A closure member (46) is movable between two positions, where at one position the closure member communicates a hydraulic connector (34) and the outlet orifice. The closure member is biased toward one position during introduction of a hydraulic end piece, where one of two closure members (45, 46) interrupts flow of cooling liquid through the pipe.
