PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve an overall current spreading effect by including a metal layer which is formed on a light emitting structure. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) is arranged on a support substrate. A light emitting structure(130) is arranged on the first electrode. The light emitting structure includes an active layer between a first semiconductor layer(131) and a second semiconductor layer(133). A metal layer contacts an ohmic of the second semiconductor layer. The second electrode is electrically connected to the light emitting structure.
