PURPOSE: A roll sensor device for confirming the failure existence of a measurement object is provided to inspect a measurement object being seated on a rotating roll while maintaining a distance from the roll, thereby rapidly and stably inspecting the measurement object. CONSTITUTION: A roll sensor device for confirming the failure existence of a measurement object comprises a sensor unit(10), a gap fixing roller(20), and a compensation unit(30). The sensor unit comprises an eddy current sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, and a proximity sensor. The eddy current sensor respectively measures external defects, internal defects of a measurement object and a distance between a surface and the measurement object. The gap fixing roller uniformly maintains a gap between the surface of the measurement object and sensor unit. The compensation unit maintains a horizontal state of the measurement object and sensor unit. The eddy current sensors are arranged on the surface of the sensor unit in zigzags.
