<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of a base material consisting of Mg or an Mg alloy, capable of demonstrating the excellent corrosion resistance even in severe applications in the use environment such as applications of car parts. <P>SOLUTION: The surface treatment method includes at least the following steps: a step 1 of forming an anodic oxide film on a surface of a substrate consisting of Mg or an Mg alloy; a step 2 of performing heat treatment of the anodic oxide film formed in the step 1 at the temperature of ≥250°C; a step 3 of forming an Al vapor-deposited film with the film thickness of ≥20 μm on the surface of the anodic oxide film subjected to the heat treatment in step 2 at the film deposition rate of 0.1 to 0.5 μm/minute; and a step 4 of forming the anodic oxide film on the surface of the Al vapor-deposited film formed in step 3, and then, executing the hot-water treatment of the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
