<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide information suitable for a present location or operation mode of a mobile communication terminal in trying to perform data communication by radio. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 1000 performs data communication by radio by selecting either of a plurality of operation modes. A storage part 600 stores throughput 610c, terminal location information 610a, and throughput 610b in association with each other, as communication state information 610. An information detection part 540 detects communication state information 610 stored by the storage part 600 based on a present terminal location information which is terminal location information acquired when the mobile communication terminal 1000 tries to perform the data communication, and a selected operation mode which is an operation mode having been selected when the mobile communication terminal 1000 tries to perform the data communication.
