<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile cloud service management device. <P>SOLUTION: In conventional arts, respective management systems for public and private clouds are available for management methods of virtual machines in a hybrid cloud environment. Although two or more management systems coexist on one personal computer, there are disadvantages that it is inefficient to use two management systems to manage virtual machines in different environments and the virtual machines in the different environments cannot be moved. Further, the management systems depend upon personal computer operation environments and are thereby hardly managed anytime and anywhere. In this invention, interfaces for the public cloud and private cloud are installed in a mini server. An original WEB API adaptive to the united hybrid cloud environment is developed and processing requests from a tablet are executed by the mini server.
