The trough (1) has a tank (10) whose walls (12, 13) are bordered by a flange (20). A buttonhole (30) is provided in the trough at the level of the flange and directed along longitudinal direction of the trough. The buttonhole has length sufficient to receive a large part of a blade of a trowel. The buttonhole is realized in an external part of the flange and opened outside the tank. The buttonhole crosses a rib (23) connecting the flange to one of the walls of the tank so as to increase height of the buttonhole, where the trough is made of rubber or thermoplastic material.
