PURPOSE: An input current regulator, a driving method thereof, and a disable circuit of the input current regulator are provided to reduce power consumption due to a current flowing through a bleeder by including a bleeding circuit. CONSTITUTION: A bleeding circuit(10) generates a bleeding current among input currents from a dimmer(2). A sensing circuit(20) senses the input current. The sensing circuit controls the bleeding circuit according to a sensing voltage. A biasing circuit(30) generates a power voltage for the operation of an input current regulator(1).
