摘要 PURPOSE: A Corynebacterium sp. microorganism with improved L-lysine productivity and a method for preparing L-lysine using the same are provided to activate pentose phosphorylation pathway and to enhance L-lysine production yield. CONSTITUTION: A Corynebacterium sp. microorganism with improved L-lysine productivity reduces or inactivates intrinsic glucose dihydrogenase(GDH) activity by insertion mutation, deletion mutation, or transition of transversion mutation. The reduction or inactivation of GDH activation is also caused by transformation with a recombinant vector containing a part of a gene encoding GDH and an antibiotic marker. The recombinant vector is derived from pK18mobsacB vector. The recombinant vector additionally contains sac B gene. The gene encoding GDH is NCgl0281 with a sequence of sequence number 1, NCgl2582 with a sequence of sequence number 2, or NCgl2053 with a sequence of sequence number 3. The Corynebacterium sp. microorganism is Corynebacterium glutamicum SJC 8253 (KACC9 1634P), Corynebacterium glutamicum SJC 8254 (KACC9 1635P), or Corynebacterium glutamicum SJC 8255 (KACC9 1636P).
