PURPOSE: A globe valve is provided to minimize the corrosion of a guide rail due to liquefied natural gas(LNG) and to be firmly closed. CONSTITUTION: A glove valve comprises a valve body(11), a shield part(121), a valve rod(122), a guide part(13), a guide rail(14), and an airtight part(15). An LNG path is formed in the valve body. The shield part selectively shields the LNG path. The valve rod is connected on the top of the shield part to guide a moving direction of the shield part. The guide part is connected on the top of the valve body and guides the moving direction of the valve rod in a state where the valve rod is received in the guide part. The guide rail is arranged at least one of the valve rod and the guide part to guide a relative motion of the valve rod and a guide part. The airtight part seals a space between the valve rod and the guide part to block the leakage of LNG.
