FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mount for glass-forming machine finish mould blow head. Proposed mount comprises: Solid body of blow head bracket with, at least, one lengthwise air channel and lateral air channels communicated with said one lengthwise air channel, blow head clamps arranged to be dismantled in said lateral channels, blow heads arranged to be removed from said clamps to receive air flow through via said lengthwise channels and said lateral channels, caps screwed in second ends of said lateral channels at a distance from said clamps, first springs contracted between said caps and said clamps to displace said clamps from said caps and from said lateral channels. Note here that every clamp has lower end and hollow rod arranged to slide in said first end of lateral channel. Detachable rings are arranged on said upper ends of hollow rods to retain said upper ends and to engage with flanges in said lateral air channels. Wear-compensation plates are arranged between said blow heads and their clamps. Washers are fitted in said hollow rods to thrust against inner flanges. Said first springs are retained between said caps and said washers in said blow head clamp hollow rods. Second springs are contracted between said washers and wear-compensation plates. Blow air flows via said lateral air channels, via said springs and blow heads.EFFECT: lower costs of assembly and servicing.6 cl, 15 dwg |
