<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seal destruction which is caused by weld at a seal part of a connector case and an outside exposure part. <P>SOLUTION: In a connector case 3, a gate position A at which resin is poured into a mold is provided at an inside arrangement part 6. At the inside arrangement part 6, a thin-wall part α is provided between the gate position A and a seal part 7. A first thick wall part β is provided closer to the gate position A side than to the thin-wall part α, and a second thick wall part γ is provided between the thin-wall part α and the seal part 7. At the time of molding the connector case 3, the molten resin that is poured from the gate position A firstly flows along the first thick wall part β whose flow resistance is low. The resin that has filled in annulus the first thick wall part β fills the seal part 7 and an outside exposure part 5 while maintaining an annular state, and as a result, a weld is hard to be formed at the seal part 7 and the outside exposure part 5. Consequently, even if a load such as a cold heat cycle is repeatedly applied to the connector case 3, a failure such as occurrence of a crack at the seal part 7 and the outside exposure part 5 can be avoided, for improved reliability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
