<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire capable of securing drainability while effectively suppressing a pitch noise by eliminating a lug groove component. <P>SOLUTION: A ribbed land portion 100B of the pneumatic tire 10 has an inclined surface 110 which makes a height from a groove bottom of a circumferential groove 20A lower toward the circumferential groove 20A. The inclined surface 110 includes a width decreasing portion S1 which becomes narrower circumferentially D<SB POS="POST">C</SB>in a tread width direction D<SB POS="POST">T</SB>toward a predetermined direction in the tire, and a width increasing portion S2 which becomes wider circumferentially D<SB POS="POST">C</SB>in the tread width direction D<SB POS="POST">T</SB>toward the predetermined direction in the tire.
