<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of being used for a long period while a plurality of units included therein can be collectively conveyed. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device 1 of the present invention includes: a box shaped body 2 having an opening 2a formed at an upper end thereof; a lid 4 provided in the body 2 so that the opening 2a can be opened and closed thereby; a battery 8 housed in the body 2 and capable of being charged and discharged; an inverter device 5 capable of being housed in the body 2 and converting DC voltage from the battery 8 into AC voltage to output the AC voltage; and an inner lid 6 provided in the body 2 and partitioning a space in the body 2 into an upper chamber 26 and a lower chamber 28.
