A communication execution method in a wireless network and a device therefor are provided to connect devices easily and control various devices based on a simple and effective method. A platform device receives a signal which demands a list of devices network-connected from user equipment(S40), and then transmits a report command which includes information about the region of a certain output picture to the connected devices(S41, S42). The devices performs free expression by using a response message frame format, and transmission through a response message(S43, S44). A user confirms the information about each device displayed in the platform device, and selects one to be controlled from the devices(S45). According to a received specific device selection signal, the platform device transmits a selection command to the specific device (S46). The device transmits a response message including the information about a device key value(S47). The platform device receives the special key value from the user equipment(S48), and then transmits a key command to the selected device to delivery the special key value selection signal(S49).
