PURPOSE: A lighting device including a light excitation plate and an optical excitation tape are provided to improve luminous flux by reducing a loss of light transmitted from an optical source to the light excitation plate. CONSTITUTION: An optical source(110) is arranged on a substrate(100). The substrate and the optical source are arranged on the inner side of a reflector(120) and include an opening part. A light excitation plate(130) is arranged in the reflector. A fluorescent layer is arranged under a plate(131).
