PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to improve color uniformity by coating a wavelength conversion material on the lower surface of a diffusion plate. CONSTITUTION: A reflection sheet(120) is arranged on the upper surface of a substrate(115) including a light emitting device(110). A bottom cover(130) supports the lower surface of the substrate. A diffusion plate(140) is separated from the upper part of the light emitting device. A wavelength conversion sheet(150) is arranged on the lower surface of the diffusion plate. The wavelength conversion sheet faces the light emitting device. |
