<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for fixing a screen window frame to a sash, which dispenses with processing to a conventional sash, facilitates attachment of the screen window frame to the sash, is structurally produced at low cost, and prevents easy intrusion from outside, while a locking tool used for a screen window for a double sliding window of a building material aluminum sash is scarcely produced. <P>SOLUTION: Processing to a sash is not required and attachment is easy by attaching a locking tool on an exterior face of a tension rod.
