PURPOSE: A liquid storage tank is provided to stably store and keep without having generation of bad smell by not preparing a roof. CONSTITUTION: A storage space formation unit(10) forms a storage space(11) storing liquid with an upper part opened. The inner part of the edge of a storage space cover(20) is sagging to the lower part from the storage space of the storage space formation unit and is as a film shape covering the storage space. A drain pipe(30) drains liquid located in the upper part of the storage space cover. A liquid contact unit(21) contacts with the surface of the liquid filled in the storage space and covers the surface of the liquid. A liquid supply drain pipe(50) supplies liquid to fill the storage space or drains the liquid in the storage unit to the outside. A foldable unit(22) moving when the liquid contact unit moves to the upper part or the lower part is formed in the inner part of the edge of the storage space cover. A waterproof cloth is formed inside of an inner wall formation unit forming an inner wall of the storage space in the storage space formation unit and liquid is filled inside of the waterproof cloth.
